State of Oklahoma - Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES)
Computer Support Supervisor

Led 40+ technicians across state agencies, transitioned the IT Helpdesk in-house from an outsourced model, and launched “Tech Bars” to enhance service delivery. Provided direct technical support to the Attorney General’s Office, tailoring solutions to their needs. Partnered with C-level execs to streamline IT operations.


Kickapoo Tribe of Oklahoma (KTO) & Kickapoo Casinos
Director of Information Technology

Built the IT department from the ground up, leveraging Federal COVID and ARPA funds to modernize tribal government infrastructure through the multi-phased “IT Modernization Project.” Expanded support to multiple Kickapoo Casinos—tripling the support base—upgrading their IT to industry standards, coordinating with the Gaming Commission and vendors for slot machine maintenance, and introducing a charge-back model for the tribal government.

State of Oklahoma - Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI)
Multiple Roles: AFIS, CCH, ODIS Support Technician, ODIS Application Training Specialist & SDA Student Employee

Provided 24/7 technical support to 7,000+ Offender Data Information System (ODIS) users and as a Council on Law Enforcement Training and Education (CLEET) certified trainer, trained law enforcement officers statewide. Gathered statewide feedback for the ODIS rewrite as an Advisory Board member and facilitated its migration from the Oklahoma Criminal Justice Rresource Center (OCJRC) to OSBI. Bolstered operations with support for Automated Fingerprint Identification System (AFIS) and the Oklahoma Fusion Center’s intelligence efforts. Earlier while in the Self Defense Act (SDA) Unit, digitized handgun license records while enhancing administrative efficiency.

Multiple Roles: Crime Reporting Field Services Representative & Administrative Technician

Trained law enforcement agencies statewide on crime reporting and fingerprinting techniques, using electronic and traditional methods, while conducting audits to ensure state law compliance. Processed fingerprint cards, updated criminal history records, and supported the Internet Crimes Against Children Unit (ICAC) with undercover cases using age-regression software.
